  •   What can I do if there is a course I want to take is not available in the course list?

The academic departments make decision whether a course will be offered or not. Because of that, you are suggested to consult directly relevant department

  •    Is it possible to take more than three courses?

Those who want to take more than 3 courses should apply to their faculties by a petition. On the consent of the faculty council, the course would be added to student’s schedule.  

  •   Do I need to take the consent of my advisor if I make any change in my schedule during the add-drop period?

In such cases, approval of the advisor is compulsory. 

  •   Do I need to take the consent of my advisor after making any change in my schedule during the withdrawal period?

Changes made during the withdrawal period do not require approval of the advisor.

  •  Can I repeat the courses I had passed with a DC or/and a DD before?

These courses can be repeated on the condition that the student has not exceeded the three-term period after passing the courses. For the courses passed with F, there is no term restriction.

  •  Can the Preparatory School students who have passed the proficiency exam in June be registered to the Summer Term?

On the consent of their advisors, they can take two courses at most. 

  •   Can the Preparatory School students who have NOT passed the proficiency exam in June be registered to the Summer Term?  

Those students should consult to the Summer Term organized by YADYOK (School of Foreign Languages).
