Refund Policy

  • The Visiting Students may drop course(s) or withdraw from course(s) they have enrolled in until the end of the Online Application period. If the credit fees have been paid, only credit fees will be refunded in case of application cancellation; the application fee is non-refundable.
  • In order to request a refund, a written application need to be submitted to the Office. The written application can be submitted directly to the Office by delivering a petition or via e-mail. Along with the application, the refund form also need be submitted to the Office.
  • If some of the courses selected by the applicant are closed, only the credit fee of the courses in question will be refunded; if all courses are closed, the entire application and credit fee will be refunded.
  • There will be absolutely no refund for courses dropped after the Online Application period.
  • The fee, which is calculated and fixed in TL based on the Ziraat Bank Effective Selling Rate on the date of payment, will be refunded in US Dollars based on the exchange rate on the refund date.
  • During the Late Application period, refund requests of applicants whose applications have been accepted and payment has been received are not accepted.
  • The refund will be paid only to the person and account that transferred the payment. In other words, if someone else has transferred a payment on behalf of the applicant, the refund will be paid to that person.
  • The refund process may take up to one month. Please consider this detail while requesting a refund!
