SAMPLE CALCULATION

Non-Turkish Nationality

Supposing MATH 101 and SOC 101 coded courses are taken

MATH 101, a 4-credit course

SOC 101 is a 3-credit course, the total payment is

500 USD x 7 (total credits for the above two courses) + 200 USD (application fee) = 3,700 USD

Turkish Nationality

Assuming MATH 101 and SOC 101 courses are taken

MATH 101, a 4-credit course

SOC 101 is a 3-credit course, the total payment is

10.000 TL x 7 (total credits for the above two courses) + 4.000 TL (application fee) = 74.000 TL

NOTE! During the late application period, credit and application fees will be calculated as indicated in the table.

NOTE! Fees are calculated according to the application date. Even if there is uncertainty about your participation in the summer school, you are recommended not to submit your application during the late registration period! This way, even if your participation is finalized after the late registration date, you will be charged for the regular application period.

PAYMENT PROCESS

• The application fee is paid together with the credit fee if the applicant is accepted.
• The total amount of the tuition to be paid and account details are shared in the acceptance letter. Apart from this, no other payment information is shared.
• For international transfers, the sender is responsible for any deductions. Therefore, it is recommended to transfer the money considering the commission charges.
• After the payment, it is recommended to share the transfer receipt with the Summer School Coordination Office.
• The applicant will be notified as soon as the payment is received in the account of the Office.
• Students applying from partner institutions should contact the coordinatorship.
