Non-Turkish Nationality

Supposing MATH 101 and SOC 101 coded courses are taken

MATH 101, a 4-credit course

SOC 101 is a 3-credit course, the total payment is

625 USD x 7 (total credits for the above two courses) + 250 USD (application fee) = 4,625 USD

Turkish Nationality

Assuming MATH 101 and SOC 101 courses are taken

MATH 101, a 4-credit course

SOC 101 is a 3-credit course, the total payment is

20.000 TL x 7 (total credits for the above two courses) + 8.000 TL (application fee) = 148.000 TL

NOTE: During the late application period, credit and application fees will be calculated as indicated in the table.

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR VISITING STUDENTS: APPLICATION DATE AND FEES

Please be advised that tuition fees for Special Students are calculated based on the date of application submission, not the date of payment or registration completion.

The standard application period for the 2026 Summer School ends on June 22.

• Candidates who submit their applications by June 22 will be charged the standard fee stated in their acceptance letter, even if they complete their registration and payment after this date.
• Applications submitted after June 22 will be subject to an increased fee schedule.
• Even if you are currently undecided about attending the Summer School, we strongly recommend submitting your application before the deadline. This ensures that you lock in the standard rate and avoid higher fees should you decide to attend.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment Timing and Scope: Candidates are not required to make any upfront payments during the initial application stage. The application fee is payable only upon acceptance to the program.

• Accepted candidates must pay the application fee and the tuition (credit) fees together in a single transaction.
• There is no need to pay a separate application fee beforehand.

Account Details and Amount: The total amount due and the relevant bank account details are specified exclusively in the Acceptance Letter sent to the candidate. For security reasons, payment details are not shared through any other channel.

International Transfers: For international money transfers, the sender is responsible for all transaction fees and commissions charged by both the sending and receiving banks.

• To avoid underpayment issues, please ensure that you cover all bank charges (e.g., selecting the "OUR" instruction for SWIFT transfers).

Receipt and Confirmation: After completing the payment, it is recommended to share the bank receipt with the Summer Term Coordination Office to expedite the process. The applicant will be notified via email once the payment reaches the Coordination Office account.

Partner Institutions: Students applying from Partner Institutions must contact the Summer Term Coordination Office directly regarding their specific payment procedures.
