Registration Process
For BU students, the first phase of Summer School registration, the pre-registration period, takes place while the spring semester is still ongoing. Compared to other registration periods, the lower application fee and the availability of course quotas are among the reasons why the pre-registration period is preferred as the busiest period for course enrollment during Summer School registration.
Another registration period, the final registration period, takes place shortly before the start of classes. Students who did not enroll in courses during the pre-registration period may complete their registration during the final registration period.
During the late registration period for Summer School (add/drop period), which occurs approximately one week after the semester begins, students who did not enroll in courses during the pre-registration or final registration periods may register.
